Mom, Cory and I were able to have lunch with Debbie at one of my favorite places to eat in Rock Hill ~ Carlos' Cafe. It is a very small Cuban restaurant my friend Isabel introduced me to years ago. They have yummy fried plantains and the most flavorful and tender meats. It was nice talking to Debbie, but it never feels like there is enough time.
I was able to pick Karson up from school and spend some time with her. We ran some errands around Rock Hill (got lost a few times), took a tour of my brother-in-law Rob's body shop, and got Oreo McFlurries from McDonalds. When we got back to Mom's, she played her guitar for me, Cory, Lexi and Harlie Ann. She's growing up so fast, and it makes me sad I can't spend more time with her.
